PRODUCTS

OMEGA​ 22
"Glide Sensation+" All Purpose Grease. Quality formulated with a synthetic base fluid and a special grade polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) constituent to ensure enhanced lubricity in punishing conditions.

OMEGA 2​6
ThermaSyn FG Grease is a white and smooth food-grade EP grease formulated with Perfluorinated Polyether (PFPE) base fluid and Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) thickener to be used in extreme-temperature conditions and for applications that require exceptional chemical and solvent resistance, while incidental contact with food items is necessary.

OMEG​A 33*
Extreme Heat Resistant Grease. Remains stable at short periods of exposure up to 315°C (600°F) while its operating temperature is up to 232°C (450°F). For kiln, baking, steam, chemical, tooling, and foundry high-temperature applications. No ordinary grease will take the high heat that Omega 33 can.

OMEGA ​35
Hi-Temp MSL Grease. Provides extreme high-temperature lubrication up to 700°C (1292°F) and heralds a new era in lubrication technology. Suited for "impossible" applications, such as oven cars, kiln cars, ovens, foundries, and steel mills.

Omega 38 Crystal Clear FG Grease is the most advanced multi-purpose synthetic food-grade grease, characterized by its crystal clear formation. Omega 38 is colorless and odorless, satisfying an array of industries with specific needs, e.g., food processing plants, pharmaceuticals, canneries, printing plants, paper mills, electronics plants, etc.

Super Electric Motor Grease. Water-resistant, especially suitable for heavy-duty applications.

OMEGA 57*
Super Bearing Grease. Forms a wear-arresting film on rollers, balls, and races which seal out dirt, dust, mud, and water. Will not channel to outer bearings and has a minimum dropping point of 246°C.

OMEG​A 59
Central Lub System Grease. Fortified with high viscosity index oil content. Operational temperatures in excess of ordinary lubricants, in-built reversibility characteristics guarantee uniform, pumpable consistency and thorough lubrication.

OMEGA​ 64
Pin, Bushing, and Track Roller Grease. Does not drip, ball, or clog and controls wear even at slow speeds.

OMEGA 66*
Heavy-Duty Low-Temp Grease. Maintains outstanding physical properties and performance capabilities down to -54°C. Has excellent water resistance, good storage stability, and is resistant to corrosion. Exceeds MIL-G-10924D specifications for combat vehicles in Arctic conditions.

OMEGA 71*
Universal Non-Melt Grease. Suitable for practically every greasing operation with all types of equipment. Retains its lubricity and continues to lubricate even under high heat conditions. Excellent metal adhesion even on moving parts. Color-coded to prevent misapplication. Recommended for use at temperatures of 204°C.

OMEG​A 73*
Waterproof Open Gear Grease. For heavy-duty service. Provides super wear resistance, absorbs shock loads, protects against rust and corrosion. Easy to apply without heating; stays in place longer in hot or cold temperatures.

OMEGA ​77*
EP Bearing & Chassis Grease for heavy-duty chassis points in both friction and anti-friction bearings. Withstands extreme shock loadings. Forms its own seal against water and outside temperatures, and contaminants. Has high resistance to pounding out. Excellent cohesive and EP properties.

Food Grade Anti-Corrosion Grease. The revolutionary & genuine multipurpose grease that satisfies most major industries and has abundant innovative applications. Omega 89 Ultra Heavy Duty Grease is a premium grease designed to protect and lubricate heavy-duty bearings operated at a wide range of speeds in moist operating condition.​

OME​GA 95*
Super Corrosion-Control Grease. Engineered to provide the highest possible lubricating and protection qualities ever, for highly corrosive saltwater and water wash environments. Specially recommended for offshore, port, or ship engineering works.

OMEGA ​99
"Seize-Stop" Grease. Acts as a thread lubricant and sealant, guards against acid action, metal seizing and galling, galvanic action, heat and rust action. Stable from -130°C to 1093°C.

OMEGA 99FG Food Grade "Seize-Stop" is a multi-purpose, white, smooth, and non-toxic, food-grade anti-seize & assembly paste that can also be used for lubricating bushes, slides, and small open gears operating in the food & beverage and pharmaceutical industries, and clean environments where incidental food contact is possible.

OMEGA 99​N
Nuclear-Grade "Seize-Stop" Grease. Finest quality nickel-based anti-seize. 100% sulphur and lead free and contains no chlorides. Protects all types of threaded assemblies, even at elevated temperatures up to 1,260°C (2,300°F). Approved for use in nuclear power plants.

Superior Food Machinery Oil. Omega advanced additives chemistry makes it possible, for the first time, to produce a high-performance Pharmaceutical Grade oil. Universal Lubrication & Hydraulic Oil. Super multi-purpose lubrication oil designed for almost all forms of machinery lubrication and equipment where EP oils are not recommended.

OMEGA 613
Superior Air Compressor Oil. Controls oxidation at elevated temperatures. Seals, packing, and pistons to prevent air leakage, stop the formation of carbon deposits, and act as a heat transfer medium. Highly recommended for vacuum pumps.

OMEGA 615
Synthetic Air & Refrigeration Compressor Oil. Provides up to ten times the operating life of ordinary compressor oils used in rotary vane and rotary screw compressors. Suitable for use down to -40°C (-40°F). Virtually eliminates oil foaming and varnish formation. Food grades approved.

OMEGA 636
Jamaican-Base Universal Maintenance Oil. For all basic maintenance requirements. Contains pure Jamaican Pimento oil, making it one of the finest water-displacing agents. Also, a superb rust preventative.

OMEGA 638
Food Grade 4-In-1 Maintenance Oil. Omega 638 has a four - in - one action application. It acts as a light lubricant, rust preventive, penetrating fluid as well as water repellent. Food-grade Omega 638 is blended with materials that are approved for incidental food contact.

OMEGA 646
Superior Chain Lubricant. Superior "Megalite" additive prevents metal welding and shearing. High stability to provide lubrication for chains where other ordinary oils fling off, drip off or melt off.

OMEGA 648
"Smokeless" Hi-Temp Chain Lubricant. Specially formulated high-tech blend of extremely stable low-evaporation synthetic fluids. Non-carbonizing even when used at elevated temperatures for extended periods. Ideal for use in high-cleanliness and high-temperature applications.

OMEGA 656
100% Synthetic Cutting, Grinding & Machining Fluid. It can be used on iron, steel, stainless steel, aluminium, and copper, as well as non-metals, such as ceramics and glass. Totally chlorine-free (an environmental hazard), sulphur-free (which causes staining on copper and its alloys), and nitrite-free (a serious worker health hazard)

Emulsifiable, Cutting & Cooling Fluid. Features outstanding lubricity, non-hazardous and super safe handling qualities, and improved economy (can be mixed up to 40 parts with water).

OMEGA 699
The new OMEGA 699 Super Automatic Transmission Fluid is a truly multi-purpose fluid that meets and exceeds the specifications of most original equipment manufacturers for automatic transmission fluids, including GM DEXRON III and Ford Mercon.

Engine & Compressor Flush. Removes harmful deposits from within engines and air compressors. Prevents the immediate deterioration of new oil by cleaning out all the damaging components of the old oil.
